 Josh Soukup is the Head Coach of the Bison Girls Soccer program and has spent the past 20 years coaching high school and club soccer throughout the Twin Cities metro. A three-year starter at the NCAA Division III level, he played at the University of Northwestern in St Paul, where he also earned his degree. His coaching experience includ

 Josh Soukup is the Head Coach of the Bison Girls Soccer program and has spent the past 20 years coaching high school and club soccer throughout the Twin Cities metro. A three-year starter at the NCAA Division III level, he played at the University of Northwestern in St Paul, where he also earned his degree. His coaching experience includes long-term roles in player development, program building, and leadership across multiple age groups and competitive environments. Josh currently serves as the Girls Director at Maplebrook Soccer Club and as the Assistant Treasurer for the Minnesota State High School Soccer Coaches Association. He is known for his organized training environments, clear communication, and a development-focused approach that helps players grow in confidence, character, and skill.

 Carrie Schmitt is the Bison Girls Varsity Assistant Coach and has been a cornerstone of the program for 16 years. A multi sport athlete from St Paul Johnson High School, she brings a deep understanding of competition, teamwork, and player growth. Carrie is a longtime educator and serves as a special education teacher at Buffalo High Scho

 Carrie Schmitt is the Bison Girls Varsity Assistant Coach and has been a cornerstone of the program for 16 years. A multi sport athlete from St Paul Johnson High School, she brings a deep understanding of competition, teamwork, and player growth. Carrie is a longtime educator and serves as a special education teacher at Buffalo High School, where she is known for developing confident, responsible leaders on and off the field. Her coaching background also includes many years as a softball assistant coach, giving her a broad perspective on athlete development. Carrie earned her B.S. from St Cloud State University and holds a Masters in Education from St Mary’s University.

 Alex Ciaccio-McLean brings more than 15 years of coaching experience and over two decades as a player, including a standout career as an NCAA Division I goalkeeper at the University of North Dakota. She has coached every level of the game, from introductory youth programs to the college level, with roles that include head coach, director

 Alex Ciaccio-McLean brings more than 15 years of coaching experience and over two decades as a player, including a standout career as an NCAA Division I goalkeeper at the University of North Dakota. She has coached every level of the game, from introductory youth programs to the college level, with roles that include head coach, director of goalkeeping, ODP evaluator, and varsity assistant. Her background spans technical training, goalkeeper development, and team leadership across multiple states and competitive environments. Known for her calm communication and organized, athlete-centered sessions, Alex focuses on building confident, fundamentally strong players. She is a Minnetonka High School graduate and holds a B.A. in French Language and Cultural Studies from UND.
